Christian parents take on a sacred responsibility when they have their children baptized in the Catholic Faith.  In the Rite of Baptism, the parents, with the aid of the godparents, promise God and His Church to raise their children in the practice of the faith. Below are the registration forms for First Communion, CCD, and Confirmation as well as a list of times the different programs meet.
